HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THE AFRICAN DRUMMING ONLINE SHOP?

If you are in New Zealand, we accept credit card or direct deposit. If paying via direct deposit we will respond to your query with our bank details. If you require postage, please include your address in the message so we can provide you with a quote.
For customers outside New Zealand we accept credit card (provided you can prove your identity) or PayPal (with a 3% surcharge).

In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please call us immediately on 0211567712 or email email@example.com with your request. If your order has not been packed for shipment, we will do everything possible to make the changes you request. Our goal is to fully process your order within a few hours of receiving it, so changes may not be possible.

We offer a three month lay-by with a minimum 10% deposit.

All of our African hand drums are covered under our 5 Month Graduated Warranty – this includes all djembes, dunun and kpalago.
What Isn’t Covered?
What is not covered under warranty? Breakage caused by irresponsible use or accidental damage caused by the customer (like an axe through the hide or dropping from height).
We reserve the right of discretion when assessing the condition of returned drums.
