More Details
The Vajra is a club-like symbol in Tibetan mythology representing indestructibility and irresistible force. It is often paired with a bell (Tribu), which represents the void from which all phenomena arise. Together in traditional ceremony, they symbolise the inseparability of wisdom and compassion.
In sound healing practices, instruments like the Vajra bell are used to create vibrations that support relaxation and mindfulness. Sound therapy is believed to help encourage beneficial brain states, supporting meditation, improved mood, better sleep, and reduced stress.
