Shipping
We use a range of NZ couriers, depending on which is best for the job, so that you can be assured your gear is in good hands. Orders are dispatched from our premises in Featherston.

Plus Sized Items
Plus sized items, such as dundun will be sent via courier or Main freight. These special items need special attention; we’ll work out the cheapest courier option for your location. Email us for inquiries.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE PRODUCT QUESTIONS?
Tulletha is based in NZ, she handles the orders, shipping and supports customer care. If you would like to speak with Tulletha directly, she is contactable by text or phone, 028 474 1123, during the below hours:

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP, AND CAN I TRY OUT THE INSTRUMENTS?
While we don’t operate a traditional storefront, we do hold stock in Featherston (Wairapa, North Island) and yes you can try out the instruments!

I CAN SEE TWO AFRICAN DRUMMING PAGES ONLINE?
That’s correct! Our founding headquarters is based in Australia. They have a great team running their main shop and events from there, as well as supplying the NZ community with all the goods!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please email us immediately info@africandrumming.co.nz with your request. If your order has not been packed for shipment, we will do everything possible to make the changes you request. Our goal is to fully process your order ASAP, so changes may not be possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship regularly with orders usually dispatched three times per week. You’ll have the option of choosing either Express Post (usually next day delivery) or Standard Post. Need your order dispatched ASAP? Email us at info@africandrumming.co.nz and we’ll our best to make it happen!

WARRANTY
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY ON ITEMS?

All of our African hand drums are covered under our 5 Month Graduated Warranty – this includes all djembes, dunun and kpalago.
What Isn’t Covered?
What is not covered under warranty? Breakage caused by irresponsible use or accidental damage caused by the customer (like an axe through the hide or dropping from height).
We reserve the right of discretion when assessing the condition of returned drums.
