These Batik practice covers are made from cotton and elasticated for the right fit. They are perfect for practicing at home or in public places where noise levels are a consideration. Packs away to next to nothing, and doubles as a great protective cover for your drums head.
An added bonus of using the cover is that it accentuates the difference between tones and slaps which allows you to hone on your technique.

The cover dampens higher pitches (tones and slaps) of the drum. To cut out the bass, pack the stem with a shirt or towel to prevent the bass sounds from travelling.
